Return Policy

Return Window:
We accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless the product is marked as non-returnable on the site.

Returns submitted after 30 days may be shipped back to your original delivery address, and you may be responsible for the shipping costs.

Condition of Returns:
All returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed

In original condition with tags, packaging, and any protective inserts intact

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale or flash sale are not returnable unless:

They are defective

They do not match the product description

They fail to perform as described

Shipping & Fees:

Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Labels:

Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided

The label is valid for 21 days after approval

Pack your item securely, attach the label, and send it to the provided address

How to Return Your Package
Return Tips:

Use the same email address you used to place your order (no spaces included).

Ensure your order number is correct (usually 16 digits, no letters or spaces).

After submitting a return request, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions and the return address.

Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it

Only send returns to the provided address—returns sent to the original shipping address may not be received

Non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

Sets (e.g., 3-piece bag or accessory sets) cannot be returned or refunded individually; all items in the set must be returned together.
