Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier service coverage.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your country or region.

  • For remote areas, shipping fees may be up to $14.98 USD.

  • Due to carrier policies, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for Express Shipping services.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via fully tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination country and customs processing.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If you purchase a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship it as soon as inventory is replenished.

You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.


Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note:
Tracking updates may not appear immediately while your package is in international transit. Updates are typically available once the parcel reaches your local airport or distribution center.

  • Log into your DollyBits account (if registered)

Changing Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the checkout total.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes.

If a package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay customs duties, any resulting charges will be deducted from your order refund.
